  4. Take action, do anything, keep your momentum moving forward.

  6. Call a past customer or client.
  7. Go to an event/meeting.
  8. Hop on a webinar or e-learning conference call.
  9. Go visit your competition.
  10. Hit the museum — I always get inspiration from that.
  11. Get in your car and drive.
  12. Go to the gym.
  13. Have lunch with past colleagues.
  14. Read Fast Company, Wired, Inc., or Entrepreneur.
  15. Meditate, pray, or do yoga - center yourself.

In the end, don't sit still and wallow in your failure. Stand up, regard it as a learning experience, and move forward.
