executives

Solid advice.

Great executives have always used others to discuss their ideas and strategies. Unfortunately, you really can’t trust most people today. This isn’t paranoia — it’s a fact.

They will always bring their agenda to the discussion – a position where they will probably benefit from the decision, not you. Even if it isn’t malicious, it will have an angle — probably not in your BEST interest.

No agenda.

You need someone who has no agenda, who has your best interests at heart and the experience to help you analyze all the alternatives and ramifications.

That’s where Rich comes in – you get an accomplished executive who has worked with many executives and understands the complexities of your position.

Something extra.

Coaching high-powered executives requires something special, something extra. Executive coaches must be more than instructors, they must become partners whose emotional investment in business outcomes equals that of their clients.

They must have the strength and courage to face an organizational leader in a time of crisis and speak the unvarnished truth. They have to be a force to reckoned with. They have to have backbone and heart. Rich Gee does.

Fit is most important.

You and Rich reach a mutual decision as to whether the program is right for you. If it is, we will begin by establishing basic partnering goals: Some people need to connect frequently, some don’t. Some visit, others don’t. The frequency and style are up to you.

The Rich Gee Group prides itself on delivering targeted and personalized solutions to every one of their clients:

Advisory for Senior or C-Suite Executives

This type of coaching is usually tied to the company’s strategic initiatives, succession planning and/or retention strategies. The coach will meet with both corporate representatives and each individual being coached to determine the desired outcomes, set out the scope of work, and put performance metrics in place.

Executive or Management Coaching

This type of coaching can be viewed as a bonus and a sign of significant recognition. In other cases it can be remedial. It primarily focuses on enhancing performance and developing leadership or team-building skills. The coach works in conjunction through Human Resources or another senior executive. Meetings are usually held by telephone.

Personal Executive Coaching

This type of coaching is initiated by the individual and paid for personally. Motivations may vary but often they revolve around personal skill development, achieving balance, handling stress, managing people, overcoming conflict, understanding corporate politics or career transition.

Seminars

We offer a wide variety of Leadership Development Programs together with Management Training Seminars specifically designed to meet your needs.

Enhanced Seminars

This is one of our most-requested services and the one for which we are most highly recognized. The reason is simple. Stand alone seminars, although educational and entertaining, do not have the long-term retention as those supplemented by executive coaching.

We highly recommend adding at least one or perhaps more coaching sessions for each your participants. This will ensure they begin the process of incorporating the course material into their daily routine, establishing objectives for personal behavioral change and ultimately incorporating the learning into their Personal Development Plan.

For small groups this coaching can be done as an add-on with the program facilitator. Alternatively, for larger groups, we will provide multiple coaches who are familiar with the curriculum to do telephone coaching. This allows the participants to not only schedule their coaching at convenient times but invites any concerns or issues to be raised in a confidential setting.
