Meetings can be such time wasters. I have served on several boards and resigned from all of them because I found attending the meetings to be too stressful. Hours spent with nothing accomplished.

I especially like your tip to start with the end in mind and let everyone know ahead of time so they are prepared. There’s a great deal of accountability in this action.
